We don't colour damaged hair.
We repair it first.
If your hair has been coloured, highlighted or bleached before, putting more colour on top is how it ends up brassy, faded or breaking. So we don't. We repair it first. Colour comes after, once your hair can hold it.

What does your hair actually need?
Answer five questions and we’ll tell you what your hair needs.
You already know what's wrong with your hair
Most people who write to us describe it themselves:
"It turns red. Too dark."
"I'm transitioning the grey and blonde."
"Brittle, damaged, bleached, thin."
"My colour faded to an awkward brown."
You don't need a consultation to be told that. What you need is someone to fix the condition of the hair before adding anything else to it.
That's what The Repair Phase is. It isn't a consultation and it isn't an upsell — it's the first thing Tomy does for almost every new client, because hair that's been processed before won't hold colour properly until it's repaired.
The Repair Phase
Both treatments in one appointment, then a follow-up the next week. Tomy plans it, his team applies it.
Here is exactly what is included
He decides what your hair needs before anything is mixed — his team applies itIncluded
Rebuilds what colour and heat strip out$150
Restores strength, softness and shine — done in the same appointment$380
Tomy checks how your hair responded — and if it’s ready, your colour starts at that visitIncluded
So the result holds between visits — a $30 valueIncluded
The $530 covers the repair. Your colour is quoted afterwards, at your follow-up — because no two corrections are the same. Some hair needs a colour remover first, some does not. Tomy prices it once he has seen how your hair responded.
Your hair is photographed before and after, both visits — so you see the difference rather than being told about it.

Lipid Complex is Tomy's own formulation, made in Italy. It's the same treatment he uses in the chair — the salon version is applied by his team, with the collagen, and with Tomy’s eyes on your hair.
See what your hair needs →Four questions, answered on this pageWhy it's done this way
Tomy Biton has been behind the chair for 25 years, and he doesn't just use the products — he formulates them. The lipid and collagen treatments are his own line, developed in Italian laboratories, made without harsh chemicals.
That's why the sequence matters to him. Any salon can put colour on damaged hair and take your money. The result fades, turns brassy, or breaks — and you're told that's just your hair.
It usually isn't your hair. It's the condition it was in before someone coloured it.

Before you ask
If your hair has been processed before, yes — that's the whole point. Tomy won't colour hair he hasn't repaired first, because he's the one whose name is on the result.
The $530 covers the repair — both treatments and the follow-up visit. Your colour is quoted once Tomy has seen your hair in person, because no two corrections take the same work. Some hair needs a colour remover first, some needs very little. Tomy would rather price it having seen how your hair responded than guess before he has.
No. It's included in the $530. Most people expect a second bill and there isn't one.
At the follow-up, a week later. Both treatments go in at your first appointment; at the second one Tomy checks how your hair responded, and once he knows it’s ready your colour starts right there. He won’t put colour on hair before he has seen it hold. The colour is priced separately, once he knows what yours needs.
It's the opposite of damage. There's no bleach and no ammonia in the treatments — they're repairing the hair, not processing it.
Then just book that. The Repair Phase is for people whose hair has been coloured before and isn't behaving.
Extensions start with a consultation so Tomy can match colour, length and method. If your hair has been coloured or highlighted, he'll usually want to repair it first — extensions on damaged hair is how people end up disappointed.
