Colored hair doesn't behave like untouched hair. Put a new color over a failed one and the pigments stack unpredictably — that's how "a little too dark" becomes flat black, and how brassy turns muddy. Every extra box also adds damage that the real fix will have to work around.
Color correction is its own craft. It starts with a diagnosis: what's on your hair, layer by layer, and what your hair can safely handle in one sitting. Sometimes it's one visit. Sometimes it's staged over a few. You'll know the honest answer before anything starts — not after.

Often, yes — but it depends on what's already on your hair. Dark tint over highlights, several box layers, or old bleach each change the plan. At the consultation Tomy will tell you what one visit can do and what needs to be staged. No guessing, and no surprises in the chair.
